Faster backlog, sprints, and reports

Projects with a long sprint history were getting noticeably slower to open. We tracked down why and fixed it at the source.

• Backlog and Sprints pages now load every ticket card in one go, instead of looking things up separately for each sprint.
• Reports fetch a project's tickets once and work out velocity from that, rather than querying every completed sprint one at a time.
• Boards and access checks are faster too, thanks to new database indexes on the lookups that run on nearly every page.

Nothing looks different. It's just quicker, and the bigger your project, the bigger the difference.
