Password reset, rebuilt, and safer signups

• Forgot your password? There's now a Forgot password? link on the login page. Request a reset link and you'll set a new password on a page that matches the rest of the app. The old, separate reset pages are gone.
• Bot protection on signup. Creating an organization or joining one now includes a quick "I'm not a robot" check, which keeps spam accounts and fake organizations out.

We also fixed:

• Signup failing with a reCAPTCHA error shortly after the bot check was introduced.
• Organization settings not loading for a short period, which also affected renaming an organization and changing its logo.
