Links you can read

Links to your work now use the keys you already know, not long random IDs.

• Readable addresses. A ticket lives at /projects/WT/tickets/WT-42, and a project's board at /projects/WT/board. Older links keep working.
• Copy link. Tickets and doc pages have a copy-link button, so sharing is a single click.
• Consistent everywhere. Board cards, sprint lists, linked tickets, notifications, and retro cards all link the same way.

Also fixed: applying formatting from the Markdown toolbar no longer jumps you back to the top of a long description or doc.
