Know when your changes are saved

Editing a ticket's title, description, or acceptance criteria now shows a Saving... indicator, followed by a checkmark once the change is safely stored. If a save fails, you won't see the checkmark, so you're never left thinking something saved when it didn't.

We also fixed:

• Deleted statuses on the board. Deleting a status no longer leaves it behind in a board column's settings, and tickets in the Unmapped column can be dragged back onto the board.
• Comments on repeated text. Commenting on a word or phrase that appears more than once in a doc now attaches to the one you selected, not the first one on the page.
• Avatars. A profile picture that fails to load now falls back to initials instead of a broken image, and avatars in the board's assignee filter are perfect circles again.
