Reroll and apply all in AI enhance

AI enhance is more flexible, on existing tickets and when creating new ones:

• Reroll one section. Not happy with the suggested title, description, acceptance criteria, or story points? Regenerate just that part and keep the rest.
• Apply all. Happy with everything? Apply every suggestion at once instead of one field at a time.
