A rich text editor for docs

Docs now open in a new Normal editor: what you see is what you get, with no Markdown required.

• A familiar toolbar for headings, bold and italics, lists, tables, and media.
• Typing shortcuts. Start a line with # for a heading or - for a list, and the formatting is applied as you type.
• Markdown is still here. Switch to Markdown mode at any time. Both modes edit the same page, and your choice is remembered.
• Everything else still works, including inline comments, image uploads, and live updates.

Also new: when a Scrum board has no active sprint, it now links you straight to the Sprints page so you can create or start one.
