Attachments inside your descriptions

Attachments and descriptions now work together.

• Paste to attach. Paste a screenshot into a description and it's uploaded as an attachment and shown inline, with no dialog. This works when creating a ticket, too.
• Reference any attachment. Type # to pick one of the ticket's attachments and link to it, or !# to embed an image. Clicking a linked attachment takes you to it in the Attachments panel. References keep working if a file is renamed.
• Step through in focus mode. When previewing an attachment, use the arrows (or the left and right arrow keys) to move between all of a ticket's attachments, with a counter showing where you are.
